Nicole Catalano, LPC, LCADC

Clinical Advisor

Drawing upon her clinical counseling experience and work with students, Nicole is building valuable relationships for the Tigger Stavola Foundation (TSF) with local schools and community centers. Nicole applies her work in the field to help the Foundation design educational programs and school presentations that address the most pressing issues impacting youth in the fight against addiction. She helps identify impactful guest speakers for TSF’s Partner Schools and offers insight on pertinent health topics and how to effectively engage with target audiences.
Prior to joining TSF, Nicole studied at Monmouth University to become a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Clinical Alcohol & Drug Counselor. Nicole worked at Long Branch Public Schools as a Student Assistance Counselor for seven years. During that time, she provided counseling for students, provided education to staff and parents, and found local resources for all clients she served. Nicole was named co-chair of the Monmouth County Association for Student Assistance Professionals where she helped facilitate regular meetings between schools and agencies.
Nicole is dedicated to ongoing education focused on substance abuse and trauma, and she provides outpatient counseling and in-home services for children and families through her private work. Nicole is grateful for the opportunity to be a part of the TSF team and is excited for the professional growth that will accompany her in this role.
